You have at least one year of professional dog training experience.

Duties:

This position is for private training, and you will be required to drive to the client’s house to do the training.

Send customized plans to clients.

Comprehensive communication with the owner throughout training.

You will be required to send follow-up emails.

Can demonstrate high-level obedience with own dog.

Able to perform 1-hour training sessions in virtual and in person.

Able to effectively communicate with owners and understand the client’s needs.

Know about behavioural training, such as on-leash reactivity and nuisance barking.

Another part would be “done for you” training, where you will be solely responsible for the training in the client’s home.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
